Shiboritate (freshly pressed) edition of Shukuhou's Kasen label, released shortly after pressing without extended maturation. Brewed at the 140-year-old Shukuhou Shuzo in Wakayama using Ki River subterranean water. Specific rice variety and polishing ratio are not publicly listed.
