Kimmon (gold crest) is a ceremonial label from Shukuhou Shuzo in Wakayama, a brewery founded in 1885 with a heritage of dry, firmly structured sake. Ki River subterranean water is used throughout production. Specific rice variety and polishing ratio have not been publicly disclosed.
