Description
Tsuchiura's liquor store, Suzukiya Suzuki Yoshinobu Suzuki is a raw sake of Junmai Ginjo, a 40 % polish Yamada Nishiki grown in Ono no Sato at the foot of Mt. Ibaraki. Both rice and sake were particular about the locals, and they were tanks at the peak of cold, and were carefully stored in a bottle one by one.

Ibaraki
About 200 years ago, we operated the sake brewing industry, and based on this tradition, we try to protect the flavors that we will not get tired of.
Daiginjo Sake, Presented brands, are contracted directly with rice producers used as raw materials, and we aim to purchase our own rice and make it better to brew more with "raw material quality".
