This is a plum wine using plum wine of the first plum brand "Hitachi no Ume" in Ibaraki Prefecture, a long -established pickle shop in Oarai -cho, Yatsushiro's Yatsushiro Soseiro Oyama. Yoshinosuke Hirose, the eighth generation, is the eighth generation. The eighth generation of the two met, and all of the high -quality plums and the best sake are all Ibaraki's plum wine. It is a sake based on a sweet and sour and rich scented sake that uses plenty of Ome from Ibaraki Prefecture.
