Rokumaru Omachi Ichibigenshu Akiagari is an autumn-release undiluted first-run Junmai Ginjo using Omachi at 60% polishing from Chiyoshuzou in Nara. Akiagari (秋上がり) refers to sake that has developed beautifully through summer aging, and this genshu reveals Omachi's wide flavor profile in its most expressive seasonal form drawn from the Katsuragi spring water base.
