Yuuyu Yamada Nishiki Muroka Namazake is the unfiltered, unpasteurized version of Chiyoshuzou's graceful Yuuyu Junmai, using Yamada Nishiki at 60% polishing. Released without filtration or pasteurization from this 1873-founded Nara brewery, this fresh genshu expression retains the raw depth of the Katsuragi mountain spring water fermentation in its most natural form.
