Description
Rokumaru Oyama Nishiki Usunigori is a lightly cloudy Junmai from Chiyoshuzou in Nara, made with the rare Oyama Nishiki rice variety polished to 60%. The gentle suspension of rice particles in this usunigori lends a soft, textured mouthfeel to the rare variety's expression, crafted with the pure subsoil water of Mount Katsuragi.
