Description
Rinrin (凛凛), meaning crisp and clear, is a muroka namagenshu Junmai Ginjo from Chiyoshuzou's Shinomine label, made with Omachi polished to 60%. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and undiluted, this expression from the 1873-founded Nara brewery reveals Omachi's raw character in its most complete form, mineral-driven and vivid from the Katsuragi mountain spring.
