Seishu Tsurunoike Hokan Junmai Ginjo is a pure rice ginjo from Kosakashuzou in Okayama, crafted with Akaiwa Omachi, the original Omachi rice strain unique to the Okayama region. Cellar-aged (hokan) before release, this Junmai Ginjo develops layered complexity alongside the characteristic full-bodied profile of Omachi rice.
