Description
Made in Hiroshima from local table rice polished to sixty five percent, this Junmai has a soft, silky mouthfeel with mellow, balanced flavor. Notes of honey and browned butter unfold gradually, joined by a subtle warming spice. Best served slightly chilled or at room temperature, it can also be enjoyed lightly warmed.
