Santoka Muroka D Junmai Daiginjo from Kanemitsu Shuzo in Yamaguchi is the Type D muroka expression, combining the purity of junmai brewing with highly polished rice and no charcoal filtration. As an unfiltered junmai daiginjo, it preserves the full spectrum of amino acids, natural enzymes, and aromatic compounds that develop during fermentation, resulting in a rich yet refined sake.
