Santoka Muroka B Ginjogenshu from Kanemitsu Shuzo in Yamaguchi is the Type B variant of the brewery's unfiltered, undiluted ginjo lineup, distinguished from Type A by differences in rice, yeast, or production lot. Muroka genshu sake retains natural pigments, fuller body, and more complex flavors that are typically removed during standard filtration and dilution processes.
