Description

Ginjo from this Gunma kura, taking its name from the Sanbaseki rock formation in the Fujioka area. The ginjo grade and cold fermentation process bring out delicate fragrance and a refined, clean palate characteristic of the Kanto foothills brewing tradition. Produced with carefully selected domestic rice and local soft water.
