Description

Named after the Sanbaseki rock formation, a distinctive natural landmark in Fujioka, Gunma, this sake is produced at Tajima Shuzoten, whose brand was later revived by Matsuya Brewery in 2022. Brewed from domestic rice at 60% polish, the straightforward style reflects the traditional everyday sake culture of the Kanto foothills. Gentle sweetness gives way to a dry, clean finish.
