Description
Sakuyabi Junmai Ginjo Murokanamagenshu Akiagari is an autumn-release version of Kimusume Shuzo's unfiltered, unpasteurized, undiluted junmai ginjo from Gunma. Akiagari designates sake that has matured through summer, developing a rounder, more integrated flavor compared to freshly pressed releases. The muroka namagenshu base provides depth and concentration, softened by months of cool-cellar aging.
