Description
Omon Nenrin Ginjo Koshu Gonenchozo is a ginjo aged for five years, produced from Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 55% at Oumon Shuzo in Shibata, Niigata. The extended low-temperature aging deepens its color to a warm gold and develops a richer aroma and more complex palate than the house's unaged expressions.
