Description

Despite being cultivated in the Okutanba region until World War II and brewing good sake, the phantom sake rice "Niho" suddenly disappeared to rationalize after the war. We obtained a small amount of paddy that were carefully left, increased the fields, and realized revived cultivation. A legendary taste that was revived in the present precious rice during the extreme cold season, ripened over time, and was revived in modern times. A deep and deep taste, a well -balanced, sweet and spicy. Here is the origin of sake that makes you feel the flow of relaxation.
