Description

Junmai Daiginjo is a 50 % spirate white, "Bizen Omachi", which is organically grown in Okayama Prefecture. It is a one that can enjoy the elegant scent that is brewed by low -temperature fermentation, the excellent sharpness, and the power of this sake rice. Cooling and thin glasses delicately, pouring into pottery at room temperature for a soft taste.
