Okunomatsu Adatara Ginjo is a ginjo polished to 60% from Okunomatsu Sake Brewery in Nihonmatsu, Fukushima Prefecture. Named for Mt. Adatara, which looms over the brewery and whose spring water is used as the brewing water, this ginjo reflects the clear, alpine character of Tohoku's brewing tradition.
