Description

Uses the world's first glutamic acid (umami component) high-generation yeast "FK-6" developed by Fukui Prefectural Food Processing Research Institute. Furthermore, it is ultra -spicy, taking advantage of the characteristics of fermented yeast. It is a pure rice sake that is super dry but well tasted. If you add warm, the umami will be further raised, and you can enjoy the original mellow and powerful taste of sake.
