🍶
Description
Brewed at 70% polishing ratio using the soft underground water from the Ogose area of Saitama, this honjozo-style sake from the historic Ogose Bairin lineup aims for moderate, non-intrusive aroma, rich rice flavor, and a clean, lingering finish that encourages the next cup. Named after one of the three great plum groves of the Kanto region, it reflects the brewery's philosophy of crafting sake that complements rather than overwhelms a meal.
