Pear sake from Yoshinotomo Shuzo in Toyama, one of a series of fruit-infused expressions the brewery crafts using its Toyama Prefecture pure rice sake as the base without added flavorings. The brewery's Kiraraka pear collaboration uses ice-temperature storage to deepen the fruit's natural sweetness before blending.
