Yuuki Shuzo
Ibaraki
Yuki Tsumugi no Sato, a small sake brewery located in Yuki City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
It is a quiet city that remains in the cityscape of the castle town, and it is brewed only by family.
We make the most of the soft preparation water with Kinugawa -based underwater water, and aim for a soft and plump taste.
Mori is the first student of the Ibaraki prefecture's unique forest system "Hitachi Mori".
Please enjoy alcohol with the rich climate of Ibaraki Prefecture.
