Named for the birthplace of swordsman Miyamoto Musashi in Okayama's Mimasaka district, this sake uses locally grown Yamada Nishiki polished to 40%, fermented with low-temperature long-fermentation techniques. The brewery has earned three consecutive top prizes at the Hiroshima Regional Tax Bureau sake competition.
