It is a small liquor store that has been founded in the Ohara area of Mimasaka City, Okayama Prefecture, which is near the prefectural border of Okayama, Tottori and Hyogo in the Chugoku Mountains, and has been working on a carefully hand -made and carefully sake brewing. Now, a squeezed machine called a rare tank (fune) is lined up with a bass bag packed with moromi and squeezed slowly.
