Yamada Nishiki polished to 50% and bottled unfiltered, this muroka style preserves the raw intensity and natural color of the sake straight from pressing. The middle-run nakadori portion delivers a smooth, concentrated sweetness with a sharp, clean finish characteristic of the coastal Wakayama brewing water.
