Description
Brewed from Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 50%, this junmai draws on mineral-rich hard water from Wakayama's Kii coastline, producing a sake known for its full-bodied, savory umami and clean, assertive finish. The robust fermentation from the hard water gives the sake a firm, dry character and a generous depth of rice flavor.
