Momotaro Daiginjo Kanjonosake is a prestige ceremonial daiginjo from Fumimoto Shuzo in Shimanto Town, Kochi, crafted for formal occasions and gifting. The brewery's revival in 2022 brought back this premium Tosa expression using cold fermentation and meticulous polishing in the Gin no Yume and local rice tradition.
