Momotaro is the signature everyday sake from Fumimoto Shuzo in Shimanto Town, Kochi, named for the beloved Japanese folklore hero. Revived in 2022 after a dormant period, the brewery draws on the Shimanto River's renowned clean water and Kochi's warm brewing climate for this accessible, character-driven sake.
