Description
Momonoshizuku Shiboritate from Matsumoto Sake Brewery (Fushimi, Kyoto) is a freshly pressed, seasonal bottling of the Momonoshizuku line, released immediately after the winter brew to showcase the sake at its most vibrant and unpolished. Soft Fushimi water and premium sake rice give it a clean, bright fruitiness with a light, fresh effervescence and a gentle sweet-tart character.
