Momonoshizuku (written as 桃の滴, peach drops) is a sake brand from Matsumoto Brewery, which has been producing sake in Fushimi Ward, Kyoto since 1791. The name draws on an image of the famed peach-laden hills of Fushimi Momoyama, and the brand has been a part of Kyoto's sake culture for over 40 years since its debut in 1983. Crafted with spring water from the Fushimi hills, the series is characterized by a calm aroma and a flavor that emphasizes subtle bitterness, acidity, and umami from rice.
