Hattan 35 rice, named for its development from the classic Hattan lineage, is polished to 50% for this daiginjo from Miwasakura in Hiroshima. Hiroshima's soft water tradition and the brewery's focus on Hattan-series rice give this black-label daiginjo its rounded, flavor-forward character.
