Description
This extraordinary ginjo was brewed in 1992 using the kimoto method and aged for over two decades at Sawanotsuru before being released as a 500-bottle limited edition. Long-term low-temperature maturation transformed it into a deeply concentrated aged sake with amber color, nutty and caramel notes, and complex woody aromas.
