Description

Hattan Nishiki polished to 65% and Hiroshima-style brewing form the basis of this josen honjozo from a brewery on Kurashiki Island, using water filtered through granite from three adjacent mountain valleys. Dry in profile with a sake meter value of +4.5, it drinks clean with a firm, crisp finish that the brewery describes as well-suited to warming.
