Description
Made in Niigata from a blend of Koshi Tanrei and Hokuriku number 12 rice polished to 40 percent, this daiginjo is fermented slowly at low temperature in small batches before being matured for at least two years. It shows faint floral notes of lily and iris with a light, precise texture that moves smoothly across the palate.
