Description

Bottled without pasteurization or dilution, this honjozo namagenshu from Hitachi-Ota retains the fresh, punchy character of unpasteurized sake. The brewery's use of locally grown rice and low-temperature fermentation gives it a light fruitiness with an assertive finish typical of nama genshu style.
