
Description
The three major rice founders of rice "Asahi" "Asahi" is the roots of Koshihikari and Akitakomachi, and is the founder of various rice along with "Omachi" and "Kame no Tao". It is said to be "Asahi" in the west of the "Kame no Tao" in the east, and despite the highest rice called the best food, the charm of sake rice is unknown. It has a plump umami, and is full of kindness and warmth. It has excellent balance between elegant sweetness and light acidity.
