Honjozo arahashiri (first-run) genshu using first-grade Akebono rice from Okayama, pressed in the early hours of the morning and bottled undiluted at around 17.9% ABV. Stored at near-freezing temperatures, it delivers the vivid aroma and concentrated flavor typical of early-press sake.
