Morita Shuzo, the only sake brewery in Kurashiki's historic Bikan district, has been producing sake since the Meiji era and is known for its Mannenyuki brand, a name meaning eternal snow. Located in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture, the brewery has produced approximately 50 varieties of Mannenyuki over the years, making it a beloved staple among the residents of the area. The brewery is known for adhering to traditional production methods while offering a range of styles including its well-regarded super-dry honjozo.
