Description
Yamada Nishiki daiginjo from Ohtawara, Tochigi, where the brewery's president serves as toji and took first place in the ginjo division at the 100th Nanbu Toji Association Competition in 2019. Brewed with soft subterranean water from the Mumo River sourced from 1,022-meter Mt. Yatsusugi, it is rarely found outside Tochigi.
