Description

Omachi rice brewed in a wooden vat (kimoto-style fermentation base), then pressed by bag-squeezing and collected only from the nakadori middle portion as muroka nama genshu. This tokubetsu junmai captures the wild, deep fermentation character of kimoto alongside Omachi's inherent richness.

Hold the warehouse between the foot of Mt. Nasu and the foot of Mt. We are drinking alcohol carefully by relying on the cold air of lowering the mountains. We aim for a true "local sake", a sake brewery rooted in the area.
