Kuzuryu Daiginjō was born form the desire to create a daiginjō sake that could be enjoyed warm. Sake in Japan is traditionally served warm, and Kuzuryu Daiginjō is best enjoyed warmed to 42ºC. Its elegant, mellow flavor spreads delicately across the palate.
