Kokuryu Hiirazu - Junmai Daiginjo sake from Kokuryu Sake Brewing, Fukui
Description

The ripe fruit flavor has a strong aromatic power. Time and selfie herbs are added, and the fragrance of the fruit turns into melon and cucumber by replacing the wormwood and the Japanese herbs. The elegant Japanese tray, the fragrance of strawberries added to the white chocolate, increases the inspiration, and the walnut (woolwax), wafer and kinako mixed, and reach the grain element. Furthermore, there were many changes in the expression of jasmine and ravender, and the wine glass became a scented jewelry box. The color tone is slightly yellow -green. The atmosphere changes completely from a moist mouthfeel to a strong and rich swelling. The presence of the umami and sourness that can be felt in the palate creates a three -dimensional flavor composition, evolving into a tasty taste, creating a long lingering sound.
