Kusugiku Honjozo Jizake is a locally crafted honjozo from Hayashi Ryuhei Sake Brewery in Miyako Town, Fukuoka, the only sake producer in the town, founded in 1837. Brewed with mineral-rich well water from the Imagawa River system and locally grown rice, it exemplifies the brewery's traditional jizake character: dry, full-flavored, and reflective of Buzen's regional terroir.
