Kusugiku Genteihin Daiginjo is a limited-production daiginjo from Hayashi Ryuhei Sake Brewery in Miyako Town, Fukuoka, crafted from rice polished to below 50% with meticulous low-temperature fermentation. A flagship showcase of the brewery's capabilities, it exhibits a delicate fruity aroma and refined, clean palate that has earned recognition at competitions including the French Kura Master.
