Description
Kusugiku Genshu Nigorizake is a cloudy, undiluted nigori sake from Hayashi Ryuhei Sake Brewery in Miyako Town, Fukuoka. Coarsely pressed to retain rice solids and bottled without dilution or filtration, it delivers a rich, creamy texture with natural sweetness from residual rice starch alongside the assertive body typical of genshu.
