Kusugiku Genshu Hinokuchi is an undiluted, direct-draw sake from Hayashi Ryuhei Sake Brewery in Miyako Town, Fukuoka. Collected as the first free-run liquid from the press and bottled without dilution, it captures the raw, concentrated essence of the brewery's rice and water with higher alcohol and a bold, intensely flavored character.
