Kusugiku Buzenoginjoshu

🍶
Description

Kusugiku Buzen no Ginjoshu is a ginjo sake named for the historic Buzen domain in northern Fukuoka, produced at Hayashi Ryuhei Sake Brewery in Miyako Town. Brewed with rice polished below 60% and the mineral-rich groundwater from the Imagawa River watershed near Mount Hikosan, it expresses a clean ginjo aroma alongside the fuller, slightly firmer body characteristic of Fukuoka ginjo brewing.
