Kusugiku is the entry-level table sake from Hayashi Ryuhei Sake Brewery, founded in 1837 in Miyako Town, Fukuoka, where the brewery uses hard mineral water from the Imagawa River that originates at Mount Hikosan. The sake carries the brewery's hallmark dry and robust flavor profile rooted in the Buzen regional tradition of bold, food-compatible sake.
