Description

Kuromatsu Inaten Daiginjo Tobintori is a prestige expression from Inada Shuzo where the sake is collected by allowing it to drip slowly from the pressing bag (tobin), capturing only the finest and most aromatic portion of the batch. This gravity-drip method, associated with high-end daiginjo production in Nara, yields an exceptionally delicate and refined sake with pronounced fruit-forward aromas. The tobintori technique ensures minimal agitation and a supremely clean finish.
